ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer that matured an interesting experience as software developer and feels ready to grow as Lead Software Engineer, looking for best solutions to new challenges, keeping an eye on architectural decision, being a reference into the development team and gets hands dirty when necessary. You will grow in an international environment and learn about Big Data, Machine Learning, AI, Synthetic Data, Digital Twins and other cutting edge technologies.
YOU WILL
- Understand the characteristics and real needs of the specific project and faced problem to translate its requirements in the best and most suitable technical solutions for each case
- Design High-quality product and infrastructure components for maintainability, robustness and scalability
- Participate in technical discussions with partners and client (at EU and local level) bringing the Mosaic technical perspective for the specific project
- Review and support the implementation of the best solutions for each given problem
- Be responsible for the deployments of the code in production and transit the process to “continuous everything”
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as Software Engineer working on development as well as specification, architecture and design
- Experience as a Lead Developer and technical reference among the development team, product owners and external stakeholders
- Focused on the best practices in software development, design patterns and agile methodologies / DevOps
- Master Degree in Computer Engineering
HAVING EXPERIENCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THESE POINTS WILL BE A PLUS
- Knowledge/experience on development of ML and AI solution
- Knowledge/experience with AWS, mainly compute, storage and ML/AI. Google Cloud also valuable
- Deep experience on back-end development in Java, .NET and/or Python
- Experience on web development with React. Valuable experience on mobile apps development
