- Thrive in a team-selling environment
- 3+ years of successful, progressive sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Software or AI/Data Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong network at European level will be positively evaluated
- European Citizen or with a valid permanent European working VISA
- Proven success prospecting to potential customers
- Experience with Automotive or Manufacturing would be considered a plus

What you’ll do
As an AI Business Development Manager, you’ll grow new revenue through execution of a strong territory plan. You will be a trusted advisor to your prospects, and a team player to your internal team. You’ll become a Mosaic Factor product expert capable of presenting the value of our solutions and managing the entire sales process from finding a new customer or working a passed lead, to securing the deal and managing the transition to post-sales. You’ll execute engaging technical software and service demonstrations to prospective customers using an enterprise sales approach. You will demonstrate value to key stakeholders within the accounts during both fast moving and complex sales cycles as well as exceed monthly activity metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue goals. You’ll execute a territory specific strategic plan and maintain a reliable revenue forecast and will maintain a pipeline sufficient to exceed your goals.
